Do you have a word of the year?

In early 2021 my business coach encouraged me to set a word of the year. A word to set my focus to and keep in the forefront of my mind throughout the year and each day.

My word for 2021 was COURAGE. Man oh man how it changed my life.

While I have a new word for 2022 I am still keeping the word courage as one to look at everyday and remember to live by also.

Do you have a word of the year?

When I sat down to reflect for my new word I looked back at 2021 and the biggest struggle I had.

MINDSET = The established set of attitude held by someone.

I won’t get into why I struggled with my mindset last year on different things because that’s not the purpose of this writing.

My purpose is to encourage YOU to look back and think ahead of your personal aspirations for the new year.

It’s not too late to set your word of the year.

Make a plan to set aside a few minutes and reflect back on 2021 and then reflect on how you want 2022 to look.

Write down your goals for the year.

Then think of one word that sums up those goals and is your “why” for helping you live them out.

Make a commitment to this word. Pray over it. Write it down somewhere. Look at it everyday.

Live your life to its fullest.

Live with intention.
